# Meet Chase

Source: <https://www.nfw.run/en/chase>

A conversational assistant we build into your website, your management software or your restaurant menu. She reads and elaborates the data you decide to feed her, and answers in a human, emotionally intelligent and rich reply, and leaves you only the conversations that deserve an actual person handling it.

// Idle

## Chase waiting quietly in front of the chat

The resting state: Chase waits for the first question, with no intrusive pop-up.

Hi! Do you also rebuild websites that already exist?

We do. We start from the site you have, rebuild the design and the structure, and keep the URLs Google already knows online. Want an estimate?

// Thinking

## Chase thinking before she answers

When a question needs several pieces of information put together, Chase shows she is working on it instead of leaving the chat silent.

How much is a landing page with a blog and a contact form?

It depends on how many sections you need. I can price it against our official rate card and email you the breakdown: what is your address?

// Reading

## Chase reading a document

Chase reads the documents you hand her: menus, rate cards, product sheets, policies. She answers with your data, not with a generic model's.

I am allergic to tree nuts: what can I order?

I checked tonight's menu: four first courses and three mains are nut free. Shall I list them for you?

## Chase asking for a clarification

When something is missing she asks for it instead of inventing it. That is the rule that keeps the answers trustworthy.

I would like to book for Saturday evening.

Happy to help: for how many people, and at what time? On Saturday I have tables between 19:30 and 21:00, after that the room is full.

The conversations above are an example. Chase answers from the documents you give us, and those documents stay yours.

Chase is integrated, not installed

She is not a subscription bought elsewhere and resold: we build her on your content and wire her into the site, the app or the menu we already run for you. That is why the quote depends on where she goes and how much she has to read.

## One assistant, three places to put her.

Chase is not a plugin you install: we build her into the place where your customers already ask their questions, with your own content inside.

### In your website

A panel in the bottom corner, in your own colours. It answers the questions that reach you by email or phone today, and hands you only the ones that deserve a human reply.

### In your app

The same Chase inside your app or web app, where the user is already signed in: she can answer about their order, their subscription or their case without making them open a ticket.

### In your restaurant menu

The QR code on the table opens the menu, and inside the menu somebody answers: allergens, ingredients, portions, wine pairings. In your language and in the one your guest speaks.

## 3 ways to access Chase

Different ways into the same Chase. One of them is already in the corner of this page: press a card and you watch it change shape for real, while the preview beside it shows how it presents itself. The chat opens in the corner, and from inside it you can grow it to the whole screen the way ChatGPT and Claude do.

### Ask bar

Not a circle but a bar: Chase on the left and, beside her, a field that types out on its own the questions your customers actually ask. Nothing can be typed into it until it is opened, and a visitor understands in one second what they are allowed to ask.

### Living bubble

The same circle, with Chase moving inside it. She gets noticed without a pop-up, without sound and without covering what the visitor came to read. This is the door we default to: it costs little and it doubles the conversations that get opened.

### Chase on the edge

No circle: Chase peeks over the bottom of the screen, hands on the edge of the page, looking straight at you. It is the door visitors notice most, the one to pick when the conversation is the heart of the site rather than an accessory.

## Chatbots, languages and privacy: the short answers.

### What is a website chatbot?

It is an assistant that answers visitors' questions right on the site, in a chat, instead of pushing them to email or the phone. Chase is our version: we train her on your own documents, so she answers with your real information rather than generic phrasing.

### Does Chase only answer with my business information?

Yes. Chase works from the material you give us: site pages, rate cards, menus, product sheets, policies, internal FAQs. When the answer is not in those documents she does not invent one: she says so and asks for the missing detail, or hands the conversation to you.

### How many languages does a chatbot like Chase speak?

Every language your customers write in. Chase detects the language of the message and replies in it, even when your documents exist only in one. For a restaurant or a hotel that is the difference between answering a foreign guest and losing them.

### Can an assistant be built into a restaurant's digital menu?

Yes, and it is one of the places where it pays off most. The QR code on the table opens the menu, and inside it Chase answers on allergens, ingredients, portions and pairings, in the language of the guest. Your floor staff stay free to serve.

### What happens when the chatbot does not know the answer?

Chase says she does not have that information and collects contact details, or passes the conversation to someone on your team. We prefer one extra question to one wrong answer: an assistant that makes things up costs more credibility than it earns.

### How much does it cost to integrate Chase into a site or app?

It depends on where she goes and how much she has to read, so we price it on your case. Send us two lines about where you would want Chase and which documents she should answer from: we come back with a quote, no commitment, covering both the integration and what a conversation costs.

### Is Chase GDPR compliant?

Yes. Conversations are handled like any other data the site collects: an up to date privacy notice, consent where it is required, limited retention and no sale to third parties. You decide whether chat histories are kept or dropped at the end of each session.

## Chase can answer for you, starting tomorrow.

Send us the documents you use to answer customers today: menus, rate cards, product sheets, FAQs. We put her to work on the questions you actually get and show you the result.
