How much does a website cost?

With us, from €520 including VAT for a landing page and from €1,160 for a full website. If the site already exists and needs redoing, it starts at €320. These are final prices, not hourly rates: the whole list is below, without having to ask.

Prices include VAT. The rows without a figure have no list price because the cost genuinely depends on the project: they're quoted after a call, never blind.

Monthly plans

Optional and with no minimum term: the site works without them. They're for people who'd rather not think about hosting, security and updates, or who want the site to keep growing after launch.

Hosting onlyThe site online, plus a 30 minute call with us every month€30 / month
Basic maintenanceHosting only + security, minor SEO, updates, a monthly report€65 / month
Active maintenanceBasic + any page and any feature you ask forfrom €150 / month
Active SEO developmentFor going after top positions on search engines€650 / month

Prices include VAT, per month. They can be activated on sites we didn't build, where the technology allows it: features that require code changes stay out of scope when the code can't be changed.

What drives the price

Three things, in this order: how many pages you need, how much material you already have, and how much interactivity sits behind it. The first and third we settle together in half an hour on a call; the second is entirely down to you, and it's the one that pulls the quote towards the bottom of the range.

  • Page count: a landing page is one page, a full website has no limit of pages.
  • Starting material: when copy, photos and data arrive organised, the gathering and writing hours halve.
  • Interactivity: an informational site and a site with logins, permissions, a basket or a CMS are two different jobs, and the second is quoted per project.
  • Express delivery: halves the timeline and turns it into a guarantee, at double the rate.

What express delivery is

An option, not a separate plan. It costs double the normal rate and in exchange halves the timeline and turns it into a commitment: 48 hours for a landing page, 96 for a full website, whether it is built from scratch or restyled.

On the normal rate the timings stay what they say they are, "starting from": an honest estimate, not a guarantee. The difference between the two isn't how hard we work, it's who carries the risk of a delay.

What's always included

Some items aren't extras to bolt onto the quote, because without them the job wouldn't be finished. They come with every project, from the €520 landing page upwards.

  • Every legally required page: privacy policy, cookie policy, terms and a GDPR-compliant consent banner.
  • SEO foundations: unique titles and descriptions, schema.org structured data, sitemap, canonicals, modern image formats.
  • A mobile version treated as carefully as the desktop one, tuned for Core Web Vitals.
  • Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and analytics set up.
  • Working contact forms, with instant notifications.
  • Domain, code and logins in your name: no proprietary platform, no ransom for taking the site elsewhere.

Why we cost less than an agency

Because there are three of us and nobody to pay between you and the person writing the code. No account manager, no project manager forwarding emails, no office to keep. Whoever answers the call is the same person who builds the site.

And because modern tools genuinely cut development hours. We don't keep the saved time as margin: it comes off the price, which is the whole reason a small business can afford a bespoke site instead of a bought theme.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

Yes, every figure on this page already includes VAT. What you read is what you pay: there's no 22% to add on the invoice.
A deposit when you accept the quote (which is also the moment the delivery clock starts) and the balance at launch. Always invoiced, with a VAT number and everything in order.
Because the work genuinely varies: a four-page site with the copy already written and a ten-page site to produce from scratch don't cost the same. After the first call the range becomes a single written figure, with the estimated hours broken down line by line.
No. The monthly plans are optional and can be cancelled whenever you like: the site is yours and keeps working. The only costs that remain either way are the domain and hosting, which you pay the provider directly if you skip maintenance, usually a few tens of euros a year.
No, and neither is the call. We send a written quote within 24 hours and you decide from there. If the call makes it clear you need something cheaper than what you had in mind, we'll say so.
The list is already the price. The one structural reduction is basic maintenance at €65 a month instead of €85, reserved for businesses who chose us to build or rebuild their site.

A written quote, within 24 hours.

Half an hour on a call to work out what you actually need, then a single figure with the estimated hours broken down line by line. No commitment.
