This is the process we follow for every new request. Steps two and three are skipped for restyling projects, unless explicitly requested.
50% deposit
Before we start, you pay a 50% deposit on the agreed total. This lets us plan the project and kick off the work without surprises.
Writing the pages
We define structure and content together: copy, keywords and page architecture, before a single line of code is written.
Gathering assets & media
We collect logos, images, video and other materials. If anything's missing, we'll advise on the visual content you need.
Design
We design a bespoke interface: every detail reflects your brand identity. No templates, no off-the-shelf solutions. Once a first draft is ready, we share it with you for feedback (up to 3 rounds of changes; further reviews agreed and billed hourly).
Development
We build the site from scratch with clean, performant code: optimised for speed, SEO and every device, and GDPR-compliant.
Testing
We check every feature across all major browsers and devices. No detail gets overlooked before launch.
Delivered → live
Your site goes live. With our monthly plans you'll have all the post-launch support you need: our work doesn't stop at delivery.
Remaining 50% balance
Once the site is delivered, you settle the remaining 50%. Once that's done, all the code we built is fully yours!
