How much does a website cost?

With NFW Web Studio, a website costs from €520 including VAT for a landing page and from €1,160 for a full website, with no page limit. If the site already exists and needs redoing, a redesign starts at €320; optional maintenance starts at €65 a month, including basic SEO work and security updates every month, or €30 a month for hosting only. These are project prices for small businesses and professionals, not hourly rates: the full price list is below, and a free written quote arrives within 24 hours.

Paid once, and the result is yours: domain, code and logins transfer to you once the final payment is made. These are starting prices: the final figure depends on the number of pages and how much material (copy, photos, data) arrives ready.

Prices include VAT. The rows without a figure have no list price because the cost genuinely depends on the project: they're quoted after a call, never blind.

How much does website maintenance cost?

Our website maintenance services cost €65 a month on the Basic Maintenance plan, which covers hosting, security monitoring, minor SEO updates, any text or image change you ask for and a monthly report; hosting alone is €30 a month. Every plan is optional, with no minimum term: the site works without one. They're for people who'd rather not think about hosting, security and updates, or who want the site to keep growing after launch.

What affects the cost of a website?

Website design cost depends on three things, in this order: how many pages you need, how much material you already have, and how much interactivity sits behind the site. We settle the first and third together on a 30-minute call; the second is entirely up to you, and it's the one that pulls the quote toward the starting price.

  • Page count: a landing page is one page, a full website has no page limit, and the price grows with the pages you need.
  • Starting material: when copy, photos and data arrive organized, the hours spent gathering and writing are cut in half.
  • Interactivity: an informational site and a site with logins, permissions, a shopping cart or a CMS are two different jobs, and the second is quoted per project.
  • Express delivery: halves the timeline and guarantees it, at a higher rate.

How much does express delivery cost?

Express delivery puts a landing page live in a guaranteed 48 hours, from €910, and a full website in a guaranteed 96 hours, from €2,030, whether it is built from scratch or redesigned. It's an option, not a separate plan: it halves the timeline and turns it into a commitment, counted from when we receive the deposit and your materials. If we miss the deadline, you pay the normal rate.

On the normal rate, timelines are what they say they are, "starting from": an honest estimate, not a guarantee. The difference between the two isn't how hard we work, it's who carries the risk of a delay.

What's included in the price of a website?

Every new website and landing page, from €520 up, includes the legally required pages, SEO foundations, a mobile version, Google tools setup, working contact forms and ownership of the domain and code. None of these are extras to add to the quote: without them, the job wouldn't be finished.

  • Every legally required page: privacy policy, cookie policy, terms and a GDPR-compliant consent banner.
  • SEO foundations: unique titles and descriptions, schema.org structured data, sitemap, canonicals, modern image formats.
  • A mobile version treated as carefully as the desktop one, tuned for Core Web Vitals.
  • Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and analytics set up.
  • Working contact forms, with instant notifications.
  • Domain, code and logins in your name: no proprietary platform, no ransom for taking the site elsewhere.

Why we cost less than an agency

Because there are three of us and nobody to pay between you and the person writing the code. No account manager, no project manager forwarding emails, no office to keep. Whoever answers the call is the same person who builds the site.

And because modern tools genuinely cut development hours. We don't keep the saved time as margin: it comes off the price, which is the whole reason a small business can afford a custom site instead of an off-the-shelf theme.
