The report does not count businesses with no website, which the map does not know: it looks at the listings that name an address and at what happens after launch: the domain is not renewed, the hosting lapses, a page moves and the old address is left behind.

Of the 604 listings that name a website, 407 (67.4%) open and 197 do not.
For someone searching for a hairdresser or a clinic from a phone, a link that fails is the same as no link: they move to the next result, and in Legnago the competitors are a few minutes' drive away.

Four broken links in ten point to a domain that does not answer
Of the 197 links that fail, 81 (41.1%) are domains or servers that do not answer, 34 (17.3%) error pages, 34 (17.3%) sites behind bot protection, 31 (15.7%) social profiles or platform pages, 12 (6.1%) network errors and 5 (2.5%) rate limits.
The error pages are almost all 404s, meaning pages removed or moved without redirecting the old address. Among the profiles listed instead of a website Instagram comes first with 13 businesses, then Facebook with 7. Pages sitting behind bot protection probably load fine for a person: we count them apart.
